About Jill

I have been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. I have been an actively licensed realtor in Wichita, KS since 2006. I moved to Daytona Beach in December of 2021 and became licensed as a residential mortgage loan officer with Sierra Pacific Mortgage assisting clients in buying their dream home in beautiful sunny Florida!

I enjoy all aspects of the real estate industry, so I obtained my broker and real estate instructor license in order to teach real estate courses in addition to my mortgage business.

My goal is to teach classes utilizing the information on the test itself, so students can successfully pass the test. I offer free cram course sessions after successfully passing each class upon demand.

In addition, I offer private tutoring to those that need individual instruction. Real Estate is such a rewarding career and I would love to be an instrument in the start of your pursuit of a career change.

This course fulfills the 45-hour Florida sales associate state requirement. Updated to meet changing market needs, as well as changes in Florida law.

This version offers expanded discussion on financing with examples using the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms, which have replaced the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) and Settlement Statement (HUD-1) forms. This course provides a step-by-step guide to conducting business in the real estate industry for new Florida licensees.
