FREE Cram Sessions

A friend recommended that I take the cram class that was taught by Tracy. I am so glad that I did. Tracy is very energetic, knowledgeable, and humorous. She made the cram class fun, and I learned a lot. I struggled with the math problems, but she made it easy to learn. I passed my test and I don’t think that I would had passed it without Tracey’s technique to do the math problems.

I have taken the real estate course a few times. When I took the course this final time I still didn't pass the test the first 3 times I took it. I came to Tracy's cram course session the week before my 4th time taking the test again and passed with flying colors! If you are questioning whether or not it's worth your time, don't! This course made everything just click for me! You won't regret it!

Tracy's cram session was packed full of energy and captured my full attention. I was able to take and pass the exam the following morning. Her wealth of knowledge is backed by her passion and dedication to real estate. She provided the motivation needed to build my confidence and I couldn't thank her more.

I took in person a real estate cram session with Tracy after completing the 63 credit hours of pre-license education. The session helped a lot on clarifying some of the concepts of the Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices and Law. She went over a few of the math questions and emphasized where to focus. After a week, I took the Florida State exam and passed it with the first try. I highly recommend her course.

I recommend anyone trying to pass the state exam to attend at least one cram session. Ms. Tracy is the best instructor ever. She breaks down the material so you can understand exactly what is being asked and provides many test techniques to help you succeed. Ms. Tracy will make everything you learned in your course easier to remember and comprehend so you are prepared to pass the state exam. Thanks to my cram sessions with Ms. Tracy I passed my exam and on my first try!

I took the 63 hour course although I learned a lot it was still a challenge passing the state exam. Once I was introduced to Tracy and I did the first cram session I was like wow I can really do this. I scheduled my test and scored higher not high enough to pass though so I decided to do two more cram sessions and upon doing this I passed my test. Tracy is a great instructor and she uses her humor along with her knowledge to help us to remember and retain the information. I would recommend this cram session to anyone that’s struggling or having a hard time remembering, or even if you just need a good laugh.

I would highly recommend taking this amazing cram session with Tracy! I passed my test on the second try with help from two night sessions. The information discussed was worth it’s weight in gold! If you have the opportunity take this cram session, you won’t regret it! 

I took a Cram Class at Align Right Realty Suncoast. I was trying to decide whether i really wanted a career in real estate and was taking the class as a last chance prior to taking the real estate test. Boy, am I glad I went to that class!! Tracy was unbelievable!! She was so animated, excited to teach all of us and so knowledgeable. The class was supposed to go until 10 PM and we were still asking questions at 10:30! Not one of us wanted to leave. Tracy made learning fun and gave us easy ways to remember important facts and easier ways to manage math problems. Tracy is the very best and I would take any classes she gives!! Needless to say, I made an appointment the very next day for my real estate test and I am now a REALTOR!
